TECHNOLOGY AUDIT / ASSESSMENTS: A “HEALTH CHECK”
For many clients, the most daunting challenge is to determine what is needed for today and what will extend for a reasonable amount of time into the future. To help avoid this pitfall, we offer an intensive review called a Technology Audit.A Technology Audit will allow Tech-net to establish a technological point of reference. This “Gap Analysis”, or business technology assessments, includes:

We evaluate the IT organizational structure, current assets as well as the policy and procedures in place and contrast that with the desired outcome. Once the assets and limitations are clearly understood, our team prepares an action plan that includes an assessment of the current mix of technologies and a 36 month action plan.
